About Us;
1st Malew is the oldest scout group on the Isle of Man. It was established in 1909 and was originally called '1st Isle of Man' because it was the first scout group to be set up on the island. It was later renamed to 1st Malew after the parish it is in, because other contingents have been set up across the whole island.
